Immune building support for kids that are quick & easy to make & delicious.
Ah, the changing of the seasons! As the days get shorter and the air turns crisp, we all know what’s coming: a round of winter illnesses. But we can be one step ahead of the game with a tasty treat that’s packed full of immune-boosting goodness. My toddler loves these homemade popsicles so much that she even asks for them as a breakfast snack! I’m hoping that these little pops of deliciousness will help keep the colds and flus at bay this winter. They’re so easy to make, and with the right ingredients, they’re a perfect combination of yumminess and immunity-strengthening nutrition. So grab your favorite popsicle mold and let’s get to work!
Here are just a few ingredients I use for a yummy holistic winter Popsicle!

- 2 Cups Coconut Milk
- Elderberry Syrup
- Orega-cinn
- Immune Avenger
- 1/2 cup of blackberries
Place the fresh fruit into the popsicle molds, pour milk into the molds, place in popsicle sticks, and freeze until frozen. Simple and Easy!
When my kids are healthy it allows them to do more of the things they love like playing outside, riding their bikes, and having fun!
